Optimize acoustic fingerprint identification with files with long introduction
I have noticed that music files with long introduction (starting) have less chances to be identified... is there a way to make the search based on a longer part of the music file?

Metatogger uses the Acoustid service for acoustic fingerprinting. Only the first 120 seconds of the song is used for computing the fingerprint.

I don't lie. You can compute fingerprint for the whole file but only the first 120 seconds is used by acoustid server for performance reason.

"-length SECS length of the audio data used for fingerprint calculation (default 120) You can use use "-length 0" in fpcalc to get the full fingerprint"
