You can already use the Windows task manager to schedule execution of profiles.
You can use “/silent” parameter to hide the window combined with “/exit” or “/exitonsuccess” parameter to close automatically Echosync at the end of synchronisation.

what is the option to use when running from task Scheduler. I tried the /silent option but when the job finishes it never returns. The Echosync exe continues to run after the sync is completed. Well this seems to be the case when the jobs runs and the compare does not find any new files to sync up.
